Kava Dubai
One brand language across a hotel, a spa and three restaurants.

Kava opened with five sub-brands and no shared language. We built one identity flexible enough to hold a spa and a steakhouse, then carried it from the lobby signage to the booking flow.
Each venue had been designed by a different agency. Guests could not tell the venues belonged to the same property, direct bookings were losing to aggregators, and the print collateral cost more each year because nothing was reusable.
- 01
Built a parent–venue identity model: one palm mark, five venue voices, strict shared typography.
- 02
Directed a full photography library — 340 images — so marketing stopped licensing stock.
- 03
Designed brass-on-limestone wayfinding with a legibility spec tested on site at three light levels.
- 04
Rebuilt the booking flow to three steps and put direct-rate transparency on the first screen.

What changedafter launch.
“They understood that a hotel brand lives in brass and paper before it lives on a screen. Every detail was specified well enough that our contractors had no questions.”
